Starmers and Hartsholme

A volunteer on Hartsholme found some bagged up human excrement on The Point with an empty gas canister and sweetcorn tin a couple of days ago. It could jeopardise night fishing on Hartsholme if this keeps happening so would you let me know if you suspect anyone doing this sort of thing. The park admin go through all the bushes when they are litter picking so they are bound to find it. 

 I'm going to put it before the syndicate committee that possession of a crap bucket be mandatory for all night members and instant ejection from the syndicate if found out.......this is irresponsible behavoiuor and not fair on the responsible ones.
