The last post on this issue was removed.
After further deliberation on the issue of cars along tritton bank the committee have decided not to enforce a ban from accessing starmers pit off tritton road.The L&daa will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused. Parking however will be restricted to the area near the old oak tree. No access will be allowed past the second peg. Parking in this area is at your own risk.
Please be careful of pedestrians and cyclist in and around the lake and do not block foot paths and accesses.

Not really about thanks Steve. With all the info we have it is really the only route we can and should take. If any further issues arise on this matter then it will be for the council to act upon and not ourselves.
