Starmers and Hartsholme

I've put the Fishing Zone map in the Rules section. This supersedes previous fishing area guidlines. Please do not hesitate to let us know what you think. We anticipate a few teething problems while people adjust to it. We will likely put visible  guide posts in strategic positions in the near future to help anglers.
