New Bailiffs For Hartsholme

I'm pleased to announce Neil Scruton, Steve Barnard and Chris Cawthorn have been appointed bailiffs to support me monitoring fishing activities on Hartsholme.

Can,t think of 3 better people to make bailiffs they know everybody that fishes there. They all put a lot of time this year well done lads
